Children are the most vulnerable section of the society. Any harm done to them at atender age leaves a life long scar and causes permanent psychological damage that could change them into a threat to the society. Over 53% children facesome sort of abuse or the other, the downtrodden, especially girls, being themost vulnerable. Potter’s Hand Trust conducts Karate classes for Boys and Girls with a goal to teach them self protection. While the classes help the children safeguard themselves, it also helps them discipline themselves and focus on their goals. We have noticed a remarkable difference in the children trained in this sport and those who have not. It is a holistic approach to a better life.
