Feeding the Needy

 

This campaign helps feed the homeless people who are in their golden years, destitutes, mentally and terminally ill in Padapai. We have started providing food not just for the person who comes to collect food, but also for the family members who are unable to come to collect food. We are now covering these people with both Lunch and Dinner. We are excited that we are able to feed the hungry.

 

The Beneficiaries:

Though the scale of damage might vary, the pandemic has affected the livelihood of everyone. The worst affected are the downtrodden of the society and the following people are the benefactors of our program

• Homeless elders and deserted parents
• Elderly widows (and suffering from illness)
• People with illness (Heart ailments, Tuberculosis, Paralysis and Nervous disorders)
• Mentally and physically challenged
• Rag pickers
